Thanks for visiting the NVS Events website! I'm Nadine Vargas Stewart, a Certified Meeting Professional and I've been in the event planning industry for over 16 years as a volunteer and professionally. We offer full service event planning, bespoke balloon designs, and 360 photo booth rentals.

Balloon Designs
Celebrating a special occasion? A bespoke balloon design never goes out of style. Birthdays, gender reveals, anniversaries, graduations, photo shoots and all of life's celebrations are a great reason to incorporate balloons into your next special event. We offer two options: (1) grab & go where we make the garlands and you pick them up from our Wendell location OR (2) we deliver to you. Either way, we got you!

There are so many reasons to gather in a life richly lived– birthdays, graduations, housewarmings, showers, retirement parties, holidays and anniversaries. It’s so important to step out of the ordinary every once in a while; to give real honor to the people and events that shape our lives. Whether you need a full-scale event planned from start to finish or a wedding coordinator for your special day, we are here for you.
Event Rentals
From centerpieces to tablecloth rentals, wedding arches, faux boxwood backdrops and more....we're your solution. We have an extensive inventory of items and are happy to design a solution that includes our rentals for a fraction of purchasing. Just ask your design consultant for details. We're here to assist with all your event and party planning needs. Note: At this time we don't rent tables and chairs.
360 Photo Booths
We are the proud owners of Raleigh 360 Photo Booth! Guests love the immersive experience of a 360 photo booth and each guest will receive their video only minutes after it is made.
We have multiple photo booths to suit any type of event. Each rental includes: a dedicated attendant, props, LED lighting, custom song selection, custom video frame and unlimited videos. This is a must-have for any wedding, birthday party, prom, graduation or homecoming celebration, corporate event and more! Your guests will love it.
